Booking Your Party

Here's how to book your party with us,.

Step One: Choose Your Party Package

Start by deciding which party package best suits your celebration, including your preferred theme, location and any optional extras. We can host for you at our Bicester studios OR we can come to your venue in the Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire or Warwickshire areas.

Step Two: Choose Your Ideal Date

At our Bicester Studios we offer the following time slots:

Small Studio (up to 15 guests):
Saturday 2.30-4.30pm
Sunday 10.30-12.30 or 1.30-3.30pm
Large Studio:
Saturday 3-5pm
Sunday 11-1 or 2-4pm
When completing your booking form please include your preferred slot along with
alternative options if possible

For 2 hour external parties we offer:
Saturday and Sunday
10.30-12.30pm / 11-1pm / 1.30-3.30pm / 2-4pm / 2.30-4.30pm / 3-5pm

If you have any other requests please include in your booking form and we will do our best to make your perfect party date work you

For shorter Princess Appearances
Please include your preferred date, alternative dates if possible and the time slot of your
full party in your booking form

Step Three: Complete A Booking Form

Please complete the booking form with as much detail as possible including venue address, preferred date and time, alternative date and time, any characters you require.
A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to finalise your booking.

A £50 non refundable deposit will be due to secure your date.

Step Four: Final Details

Two Mondays before your event we’ll contact you to confirm guest numbers, food requirements and any final details to ensure everything runs perfectly on the day. 
Your final balance is due 7 days before your event

My 8 year old had a Pop Star party and it was incredible!! She ran out the room at the end saying “best day/party ever!!” Says it all really!

Honestly they made this the easiest party I have ever organised, well I say “I organised” I sent a couple of messages confirming the party, made some cupcakes and did some party bags and rocked up 10 mins before, and left without needing to tidy up. Super easy! They could have sorted the cakes and party favours too if I wanted.

Definitely 100% recommend The Just Party Company!! I am certain we will be back!
