Payment terms

We require a £50 deposit to secure your slot along with date, time and studio size/venue.

Deposits are non refundable when cancelled by the customer.
You may reschedule your booking if you provide more than 14 days notice, subject to availability.

We touch base 2 weeks before your party for final numbers to be confirmed.
We recommend confirming themes/characters asap to ensure availability.

Remaining balance is due 7 days before your party

In the unlikely event of a cancellation by JPC your deposit will be refunded.
